Para utilizar a opção de importação de clientes, é necessário fornecer um arquivo no formato **XLSX** contendo as informações obrigatórias. Caso algum dado esteja faltando, a importação não será concluída com sucesso. Abaixo, na imagem, você pode ver as colunas necessárias para garantir que a importação seja realizada corretamente:
